Used the weekend to photograph new album and promo photos for Petter Carlsen. Both on location and in the studio.
The locations was on my home turf at Fosen, where we spent a day on different spots.

Rignes (Munkholm) is decorating their sponsor booth at Lerkendal, and wanted a photograph featuring Rade Prica in an explosive moment. After jumping around in the studio for a little while, and some editing, the photo is now ready to be published.

Made the new campaign for Film & Kino in cooperation with Mustasj Design.
The campaign will be published in cinemas around Norway.

Presentation about the Kenya Project

The last week I have been working on a presentation that I held for South Trondelag Red Cross at Rica Nidelven Hotel on Saturday. Its about my trip to Kenya, telling the people about, telling people about the condition and challenges Kenyan people faces each day.
The presentation ended with a video collage while live music by Petter Carlsen were played in the background.

Want to thank Red Cross, Rosenborg BK, Petter Carlsen and Stargazer represented by Tore and William for helping me putting this thing together!

Spent the day at Rica Nidelven Hotel photographing some of the people working there. Among them two crazy chefs.
A lot of fun, and great food. I recommend to take a trip there next time your hungry for the taste of good quality food.

Last photoshoot before easter. Will spend the “vacation” focusing on own projects.

Kenya -visiting Kibera

Kibera is the largest slum in Nairobi and one of the largests in Africa. With over 1 million people living there. Every room house/room has an average of 10 square meeters, and there can be up to 10 people living in one room.
I went there today with James (Kenya Red Cross) and a minister to interview two girls who is HIV positive.
This is a place -i think everyone who has the chance should visit, just to get a little perspective of life. There are children going to the “toilet” in the middle of the “road” while greeting us with a smile and a -how are you?

Kenya -arrival

Its my second time visiting this lovely contry in one year. Im traveling donw here with Rosenborg and Sør-Trøndelag Red Cross to document the development of Rosenborg Hous that has been build at the Karen Langata Branch here in Nairobi.
Im also going to do a project involving HIV/AIDS positive people.

Arrived at the hotel just a few hours ago. Its been a long day that started 0430 am this morning. But after x numbers of hours in an airplain its nice to feel the warm weather again after a cold winter in Trondheim.

Just a few minutes later I could see the first sign of what Nairobi can be like if your not carefull. A person lying “dead” in the middle of the road on myway to the hotel. I say “dead” beacause it could well have been an ambush atemt if someone stops to help. This is a well known method around here.

Cant wait for tomorrow. It will be a challenging day, but that is what Im here for =) Also looking forward to meet the nice people at Kanren Langata Branch from last year.
